Title: Tofu Vegetable Quiche - Joann Rachor

2/3cWater
1/2lbTofu
1/2cCHEESE SAUCE
1/4cCornstarch
1/2tsBasil
1/2tsSalt
2cChopped vegetables
1 Recipe WHOLE WHEAT PIE
  CRUST

BLEND smooth all but vegetables. Cook vegetables. May want to try onions, broccoli, greens, carrots, frozen mixed vegetables or a combination. Stir all together. Place pie crust in an oiled 5x7" baking dish. Poke with fork several times. Pour in filling. Bake at 350F. for 60 minutes. may also bake without crust. Use oiled dish.
